Key Lime Cream Pie
This morning, I looked through five or six other recipes, trying to find one without heavy cream, etc., since I don't have any and didn't feel like going to the store. This was perfect, since there are so few ingredients and I had a can of condensed milk. I didn't notice any graininess. I used a store-bought graham cracker crust. It turned out great, and was very easy to make. I also used a whisk instead of the mixer, but I made sure to mix it thoroughly.

Amazing Spicy Grilled Shrimp
I just made these and they were great! I used a cayenne pepper sauce for my hot sauce. I have a gigantic tub of gochujang in my fridge, so I'm always glad to be able to use that, too. I didn't change anything cutting the recipe in half because I didn't have much shrimp. I only wish I'd made more, because they were delicious. I also used my leftover marinade as a dipping sauce for veggies and brushed it on pork.

Favorite Old Fashioned Gingerbread
I made this a few days ago, I didn't expect much because I don't have much experience with making gingerbread. I went a bit heavy on the spices. My only problem was that I burned it a bit on the edges, which was my own fault for using a slightly larger pan and not checking on it enough (ended up being done in 45 minutes instead of 60). I thought it was quite good and my mom even said she liked it, which is rare with my cooking, haha.
