Pooja Mottl is a Natural Foods Chef & Culinary Instructor, Fitness consultant, and Healthy Living Expert. She is a graduate of the Chef's Training Program at the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts (NGI), accredited by ACCET. Pooja's culinary training and work focuses on the connection between the food we eat and how its affect on our health and our bodies. Pooja specializes in making healthy food delicious and simple to cook. All of her recipes are based on:
- Using pure, sustainable, and organic ingredients
- Substituting processed ingredients for unrefined, whole-foods ingredients
- Drawing from traditional, ancient foods and cuisines from around the world
Pooja also holds a certificate in Plant Based Nutrition from Cornell University in conjunction with the T. Colin Campbell Foundation, and is NSCA-CPT certified in fitness. Pooja has taught cooking classes at Whole Foods Market Culinary Center in Manhattan.
