Easy Slow Cooker French Dip
I followed the recipe exactly. Slow cooked 8hrs. The lacked two hours I noticed it lacked a real flavor I was looking for. it was just like you basic roast. So I took out half of the juice added Rootbeer just a cup, garlic clove and 2 packets of Au Jus gravy with beef broth and fresh mushrooms. Resumed cooking 2 hrs and it was delicious flavor. Great dinner! I rate this recipe 5 stars.

Slow Cooker Texas Pulled Pork
This was a awesome dinner. Served to my husband and 4 kids all finicky eaters it was a family hit. Turned out delicious melted in your mouth, fell apart, tender, juicy. Next time I wont add the vegtable oil, it doesn't need it. I did add 1tsp. Hickory liquid smoke. Used 4.5lb pork roast cooked low 10hrs, didn't even have to attend to it, plenty of juices and alot of meat, no bottom scorching. Other than that followed the recipe. Butter some extra large hamburger buns, placed them butter down in the oven to get a firm crusty bun a must otherwise the bun is to mushy for my taste after the juices hit it. Thank for a wonderful dinner.
