Sparkling Punch

i used sprite instead of club soda and white sugar. very delicious. so good we even passed on adding alcohol.

i used marinated ahi tuna (from trader joes), cream cheese, lemon juice, and fresh parsley - it was delicious. becuase the fish i used was marinated i didn't want to over-do it with hot sauce and onion salt, but i will definitely try their version next time.
