Savory Chicken Breasts
I have been making Swiss Chicken for my husband for years. An easy alternative way is this: In a baking dish: 1 can of Cream of Chicken, spread evenly. Chicken (4 boneless breasts) Layer with swiss slices 1 can of Cream of Chicken, spread evenly Top evenly with bread crumbs. 350 for 45 minutes. Serve with Mashed potatoes. The sauce becomes and excellent gravy! My husband absolutely LOVES this quick and easy recipe! If there are leftovers, we always fight over who gets it!!!

Mexican Rice II
This is a really easy dish to make. I only made a couple changes. I left out the onions and added stewed sliced tomatoes and instead of garlic and cumin, I used "hot and Spicy" taco seasoning. I came out wonderfully and I will be using this for now on when I make enchiladas!
