Barbequed Ribs

I made these ribs a couple of weeks ago and they were fantastic!! The homemade bbq sauce is delicious, next time I would double the recipe! The only thing I would do different next time is put the rub on the next morning as it seemed to dry out the ribs some, doing it overnight. (or would possibly add a brining process). Overall these are 5-star ribs.

Egg and Cheese Puffs

These are really good! I modified the ingredients a bit/. I used a pound of ground sausage instead, and added 3-4 teaspoons of chopped jalapenos and added some paprika and little cayenne pepper to kick them up a notch. Be sure not to overcook. I used alot of pam, and they still stuck to the pan. I will try using the papers next time. Great for a brunch get together!
