Baked Chicken

Followed advice from reviewer: Townsend. I made a couple of changes after reading all the other reviews: I covered the chicken in lemon juice while preparing the tangy sauce. When I took the dish out of the fridge to sit for 30 minutes, I sprinkled garlic salt on top. It helped balance the sweetness that so many others complained of. This is one recipe to add to my recipe box!

Chicken and Biscuit Casserole

Read reviews, i think I doctored it a little based on reviews. I used canned biscuits, was very good, and quicker, to me.

Peach-Pepper Chicken

Used apricot jam instead. Very good. Would be easier if used boneless thighs. Delish!! Delicious! Didn't have peach so used apricot preserves - not sure much of a difference. Try using boneless thighs for faster prep. Could maybe use more sauce, because it was so good, kept adding it to rice and chicken. Enough for dinner, but could use more sauce for left-overs.

Turkey Tetrazzini II

Very nice, very tasty, and a different sauce for pasta than the usual red sauce. Added garlic to onion and an extra T of olive oil when adding flour. Celery would be good here also. Read reviews -- I did take 2, 3 comments to action. Only did half the recipe, baked for 35 min.
