I don't write a lot of reviews but had to this time. These were FANTASTIC! I made them just like the recipe directed and I also made some with taco meat, green chiles and cheese. Gotta say, the chicken won! In addition to the sour cream sauce, I made my favorite green sauce which is just a can of 'Hatch Brand' Green Sauce, 1 chk boullion cube, 1/2 tsp each garlic powder and onion powder, simmered on the stove top. Just wanted to try them both. :o) One GREAT tip: you can make a big batch and freeze them. Just lay them on a cookie sheet with waxed paper and freeze, then transfer to a freezer bag. Heat in a 400-425 oven until heated through. Just as great as the first time!
