Slow Cooker Green Beans, Ham and Potatoes
I make this often with smoked sausage and it's delicious. I usually throw everything in a dutch oven and simmer on the stove top. We like to eat it with some skillet cornbread and sweet tea. Mmmm!

Chicken Chimichangas with Sour Cream Sauce
I don't write a lot of reviews but had to this time. These were FANTASTIC! I made them just like the recipe directed and I also made some with taco meat, green chiles and cheese. Gotta say, the chicken won! In addition to the sour cream sauce, I made my favorite green sauce which is just a can of 'Hatch Brand' Green Sauce, 1 chk boullion cube, 1/2 tsp each garlic powder and onion powder, simmered on the stove top. Just wanted to try them both. :o) One GREAT tip: you can make a big batch and freeze them. Just lay them on a cookie sheet with waxed paper and freeze, then transfer to a freezer bag. Heat in a 400-425 oven until heated through. Just as great as the first time!

Fluffy Cake Doughnuts
These doughnuts were soooo good! I followed a few reviews, particularly the one who subbed some of the flour for Bisquick. I used 1 1/2 cups flour and 1/2 cup Bisquick. I also used butter in place of the shortening and I made my own 'buttermilk' by adding 1 T vinegar to the 3.4 cup milk. I dipped half in melted butter and sprinkled with cinnamon/sugar and the other half in a yummy chocolate glaze and sprinkles. My extremely picky 6 year old said these were the best doughnuts ever! Oh, I also used a mini doughnut pan.Thanks for a great recipe!
