Lemon Pie I
This pie TOTALLY ROCKS ! Especially for people like me who are lactose intolerant. It tastes super creamy, is light and very tasty.
I read all reviews before making it. I only added one tablespoon of lemon zest, which I really think made the difference. I also made it the night before serving and placed in the freezer before serving. I firmed up perfectly, and the guest loved eating it chilled. It did not freeze up like ice cream, it was just right. I bet even Goldilocks would have approved. So if you want a super simple pie to make, that's creamy and lemony, look no further, cause this pie is the bomb!
