I gave this a 5 because the flavors were great. I don't love bottom round, but it is what I had. I used cabernet instead of burgandy. I did use the vinegar but don't think it was necesary with the wine. I ended up needing about 3 tbsp. of flour to thicken up the gravy. Also, the bullion cube adds terrific flavor - if using beef stock I would use a cup of stock in place of water. Thanks for the yummy recipe!

Very Good! I used ground turkey as there was no ground chicken abailable. I was using the grill and worried that the mixture was too wet and would fall through the grate so I added about a half cup of bread crumbs to firm it up. My non burger loving girl said I can make them anytime.

Yum! Cooked for 12 minutes used 1/2 cup butter added teaspoon of salt added chocolate chips to half - delicious both ways! The best thing is that they don't taste "healthy" just good

I mad this as directed but with only 4 tsp. of salt. They were great right then and even better the next day. When I put them away I mixed in even more of the reserved liquid which I think not only kept them from being to dry but also added to their flavor. I can't wait to try this with black beans!

My family really liked this. It fluffed up much more than other Mexican Rice recipes that I have tried. It makes a good backdrop to a flavorful meal. I would like it to be more flavorful itself, but that is easily done with more spices. Instead of using chopped onion, I pureed the onion with a clove of garlic(I did not have the garlic salt and used regular salt) in a bit of the chicken broth. I added it at the time suggested and let cook for a minute before adding the rest of the broth and tomato sauce. Thanks for the recipe!

Super easy, the cake itself was delicious, but the icing was overpoweringly sweet.

Delicious and so easy! I used the microwave method to make caramelize the sugar that another reviewer suggested. It was easy, but you definately need to check it closesly toward the end... " pyrex measuring glass (the 2 cup capacity one) and added 1/2 c water , then I added the cup of sugar to that water and stirred. Then, I placed it in the microwave and VOILA!!! Depending on the power of your microwave, the time will vary. It will take about 7-10 minutes at high power for the water/sugar mix to turn to caramel. Take a peek to make sure it doesn't get too dark though or it will taste bitter! You want it a medium amber color."

I loved the ingredients, but needed double everything to make it wet enough.

Good, moist cake. Easier to mix well in a bowl first. I thought I had mixed it well in the pan but found lumps and a goey texture on the bottom when we were eating it. We enjoyed the bubbling action from the baking powder and vinegar!

We liked the dressing quite a bit but will use less next time. This is easy to customize with fruits that you enjoy. We didn't like the canned pineapple, but did like the mandarin oranges. I added chopped apple and next time will use other fresh ingredients like strawberries, pineapple or kiwi.

Delicious! My family likes a larger gravy to sausage ratio, so one pound of sausage made double the sausage gravy. I added a little oil when browning the sausage and doubled the flour and milk. Thanks for the recipe!

I followed other reviewers and used flour tortillas, which was a mistake. They were too hard to cut through. The quiche itself was very good. Next time I'll follow the recipe!

Very good, adaptable recipe. I used already cooked chicken that I added at the end. I sauteed carrots and fresh corn(because I had it) with the onion and garlic and skipped the frozen veggies. There are 7 of us, so I cooked the eggs separately in the oven, shirred. The whole group asked that I make it again. Thanks for the great recipe!

Delicious! I thought they were sweet enough to skip the syrup and just add butter. Kids had a honey syrup and ate them all.

Delicious and Beautiful! I got so many compliments on the moist turkey! I followed the Cooks Illustraded recommendation that another reviewer suggested - to let the turkey sit uncovered in the fridge for several hours after rinsing and drying off the brine. This turkey put off so much delicous pan drippings that the gravy was terrific. I made the Easy Turkey Gravy from this site. Awesome.

This was the easiest, BEST gravy that I have ever made. My turkey made alot of drippings, so I just used them all and topped off with chicken stock. My daughter keeps asking if she can eat just the gravy. She has already had 3 servings of rolls and gravy today :)

This was easy and good. I did only use about a cup and a half of broth as other reviewers had suggested. We don't do mushrooms so I added extra onion and celery. I stirred right before serving and loved the crusty edges getting mixed in. It was as if the top had browned in the oven. Plenty of non-stick spray around the bowl before cooking made clean up easy.
