This is a great recipe for a no baking person ( like me ) :) . So easy , and so good . I used an 8x8 pan , and cooked for 35 mins. Came out perfect . Will make again for sure ! Thanks for sharing .

This is very tasty . Only thing I changed , was cooking time , as I had 4 oz. fillets. Cooked 15 mins. and sprinkled a little lemon juice on top after they came out of the oven . Will make again. Thank you .

Homemade Dishwasher Soap

Made this last week , and have used it three times . Works just as well , if not better than commercial soap. Can't wait to try white vinegar in the rinse , when the jet dry runs out . Thanks , Molly .

Caramel Corn IV

Turned oven temp down to 275 , as mine runs hot , and used one bag of micro corn . Skipped mixing in the bowl , and poured the popped corn into a turkey roaster. ( catch the " duds " , of course. ) Threw some dry , roasted , salted peanuts into the sauce , before coating the corn. Baked , and stirred , as directed . Cooled on waxed paper . Very easy , and good.

Ham Tetrazzini

This was fast , and easy . Made twice . First time as written . Kinda bland. Second time , I used a lot more onion , two cloves minced garlic, and chopped , red pepper . Milk , instead of water , and two pinches of red pepper flakes. Took the left overs to work , and it re-heated very well. The girls said looked and smelled really good . Will make again . Thanks for sharing.

Bierock Casserole

We have never had Bierocks , but like all the ingredients , so gave it a try. Method was simple . Taste was way under seasoned for us . We thought the filling needed some kind of moisture . Had no problems with the crust being doughy . Will try again with some adjustments. Thanks for sharing .

Broccoli Hamburger Casserole

Halved the recipe , and made as written. Not seasoned enough , and was more like a sauce than a casserole. May try again, with a lot of seasonings, and added noodles, rice, or on top of some kind of potato.

Oven Fried Parmesan Chicken

This is good , and very easy . I used more garlic than called for , and toasted panko crumbs , for the bread crumbs. I lined a cookie sheet with foil ( un-greased ) instead of the greased baking dish . Will make again for sure . Thank you for sharing .

Made this on Sat. but halved the amount of pasta , and used one can of stewed tomatoes . Kept every thing else as written . The flavor of the bacon and onion disappeared , and we thought it was too sweet ,maybe from the stewed tomatoes . Will try again , doubling the bacon and onion . Will try with either whole tomatoes or diced instead of the stewed .

Au Gratin Beef Bake

Easy middle of the week dinner. Meat and veg. mix needed more seasoning for our tastes. Had no problem with under cooked potatoes. Would make again , with added seasonings , and some green beans added to the dish, for more of a meal in one. Thanks for sharing.

Piggy Pudding Dessert Cake

The nutty flavor of the crust was perfect for the sweet filling. The only change I made was, used the amount of milk called for on the box of pudding. Sweet tooth of the house said " Could you please make that again?" Thanks for sharing.

Beef Tips

I made this as directed . The meat was tender after 1 1/4 hrs of cooking . However , when adding the packet of gravy and water , I cooked it for 10 mins . more , and it did not thicken to my liking . Had to add a slurry of cornstarch and water , and cook 10 more mins. The sauce was too salty , and had too much pepper . If I were to make again , it would be with a lot of tweaking . Sorry .

Sour Cream Mushroom Dip

Made this as directed . Was very greasy , due to the amount of butter , and the cheese . The taste of the mushrooms , and spices were just o.k. , and think it would have been better if fresh were used , instead of dried . This was very mediocre for us , and would not make as directed again . Maybe with less butter , and fresh herbs and spices . Sorry for the bad review . Thanks for sharing .
