Flank Steak a la Willyboy
I can say the marinating time , and cook time were spot on. I went to the Buzz for a little reassurance ( thank you sassyoldlady , and Molly .) The recipe instructions turned out a very juicy and flavorful piece of meat , however , it was just way too sweet for our tastes . The amount of honey could for sure be cut in half , and the savory doubled . Probably won't be a do over here . Thanks for the recipe Willyboyz . I am sure many others enjoy , just not for us.

Hearty Hamburger Soup
This was good . Had to make a couple of subs , due to what we had . No garlic in the house , so subbed garlic powder . 1/2 tsp. , and was fine . Only 1 can of tomatoes , and they were stewed , not diced . Fine as well. A little too much thyme for us , so will cut it back next time . Needed some salt , fixed easily at the table . Will make again . Thank you .

No Bake Sweet Marie Bars
This was just OK for us . Seemed like it took a long time for the mixture to boil . It did set up nice , and the chips melted well . After it chilled , and let it warm up a bit , it was hard to cut , and very sticky . Hard to chew . SO nuked some for a bit , and said it was easier to eat . Don't think this will be a re-do. Thanks for posting something new for us to try .
