Waffles I

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2011
i can easily say this recipe has 100 percent convinced me to never buy premade waffle mix ever again! this was so incredibly easy, and so delicious and light and perfect. I made warm strawberry sauce as I made this, and it was the most amazing topper. I want to make this for all of my friends!

Caramel Frosting V

Reviewed: Aug. 16, 2011
This turned out so amazingly delicious. I followed the advice of a few reviewers and added more cream after the caramel had cooled. I also substituted about 1/4 of the brown sugar with powdered sugar that I also added after the mixture had cooled. It turned out so ridiculously yummy, and I'm definitely adding this one to the repertoire...

Classic Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Jul. 26, 2011
Like a lot of reviewers, I made this recipe with the modification of 1/2 cup more flour and 1/2 cup more peanut butter. I also added vanilla and rolled them in sugar before before putting them on the baking sheet. After baking them for about 8 minutes, they were gooey and crumbly and absolutely delicious little nuggets of wonderfulness. Edit: I made these again on a whim when I was really tired one night, and didn't realize that there was no brown sugar in the house. I just used white sugar in place of it, and they still turned out amazingly. I made a thumb print in each cookie before baking, and when they were done and cooled, I filled it with a chocolate ganache. It was so freaking divine. They were gone almost instantaneously.

Mini Cheesecakes III

Reviewed: Jul. 23, 2011
These were so delicious! I made them for my best friends' mom's birthday. My only real problem with these is that my whole family ate them the night before I was able to gift them. I omitted the lemon rind, and made a bit of strawberry sauce to dollop on top of each. The combination was ridiculously yummy. Next time, I'm going to make the crust a little thicker, and I'm going to try this recipe with the addition of oreos!
