I was hestitant to make this, but i dont know why. This turned out great with afew adjustments. I buttered the noodle, I added a whole cream cheese. I layered the noodles,then added a small bottle of pizza sauce on top. Then spreaded the cream cheese mixture, sprinkled with cheddar cheese. I added mozarella to the top of the meat layer. * be sure to spray with cooking spray !!

Chewy Coconut Cookies

This was delicious ! I am picking the coconut out of my teeth as we speak . LOL chill the dough to prevent spreading to Thin. I added nuts to some & they turned out good too !

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I

Very delicious recipe!!! Highly recommended. The cookies are very soft, moist, and chewy. They go great with a tall glass of milk or even coffee. They certainly satisfy any craving for chocolate!!! Great Cookies!

Easy Pineapple Cake

This cake really lacked any pineapple taste AT ALL. Very chewy texture also,maybe a stick of butter would have helped. My cake came out very dark and very sweet. Its very rare that think of anything being to sweet,this is one of those rare occasions. I followed the recipe exactly. the icing is the only thing that made me not throw it out,plus the kids & husband liked it ok. I want to try this again with a few adjustments>BUTTER >PINEAPPLE FLAVORING>LESS SUGAR. IT WAS SO EASY TO MAKE, I WAS REALLY HOPING IT CAME OUT BETTER,

Priceless Pecan Pie

This was Perfect. I made this for christmas as a spur of the moment dessert. I am very glad I did. The bottom crust didnt cook as well as I would have liked, But that was my fault. the cooking time might be a little off, I think it needs to cook a little longer. I suggest you use a glass pie pan & pie crust sheets. That way you can judge when your bottom crust is browned. THIS IS A EXCELLENT RECIPE ,I WILL MAKE A FAMILY TRADITION!!!! tip* MAKE MORE THAN ONE.........LOL

Soft Sugar Cookies IV

These cookies are GREAT. I dont normally eat sugar cookies. My daughter has made these twice this week. A few tips.. Decrease the salt. You could really taste it in the first batch. Perfect the second time ,with the salt adjustment. I think the key with these cookies are to roll them out, or make sure they are thick cookies. If you are looking for a soft cookie. Do not OVER BAKE. Let them cool on a WIRE RACK, This is a must have in cookie baking to prevent carry over baking. Which can cause dry hard cookies. DONT LOOK FOR ANOTHER SUGAR COOKIE RECIPE THIS ONE WONT LET YOU DOWN. I used butter flavor shortening and butter, other than that I just decreased the salt. Enjoy!!!!

Golden Rum Cake

I dont know what went wrong. I followed the recipe exactly. The pecans on the bottom burnt to crisp, so i had to remove the whole top of the cake. Maybe it was the pan i used (my grandmothers). The texture is great and i agree that its taste much better the next day. I was a little dissapointed with the whole experience.I was hoping for a cake similar to the picture posted. I wonder would it be better with a pound cake batter instead. I think I will try it again, because I am no quitter. I will try a differnt pan or try a cream cheese pound cake batter.

Incredibly Delicious Italian Cream Cake

There are no words for how moist and delicious this cake was. I made a few changes, I didnt add coconut to the batter(just on top of each layer). I added pecan to the batter and walnuts on top. I also used butter flavored shortening, butter & coconut flavorings. THE BEST SCRATCH YELLOW CAKE I HAVE MADE SO FAR (AND THATS SAYING ALOT FOR ME).

Italian Creme Layer Cake

This was a great recipe. I have never made a cake from scratch this delicious. I added a few changes, Butter flavor, Coconut flavor. I also didnt add the coconut in batter, just on top. This also seems like it would make a great yellow cake .

This cake is absolutely good. I have made this several times, everyone loves it. The key word is MOIST. At first I thought it would be hard to make, but it was just the opposite.

Creamy Chicken Lasagna

I just got through having this for dinner tonight. It was very good. I added a few spices fresh garlic, italian seasoning to kick it up a notch. I also added fresh spinach & fresh mushrooms. I will add this one to my recipe box.
