World's Best Lasagna
Just okay for us... I used "No Salt Added" tomato products and, based on some other reviews, still cut the amount of salt the recipe called for in half and it turned out fine - not too salty at all. My main issue with the recipe was that it didn't necessarily taste any different from "taking the easy way out" and using jarred spaghetti sauce, so why spend all the time for the making the sauce when the outcome is the same? It is probably actually better to use jarred sauce becuase of the high levels of BPA in the liners of canned tomato products. I loved the addition of the fennel though.

Sugar Cookie Icing
As the recipe is written, it didn't work out very well for me because it was way too thick and difficult to spread. However, as a base recipe with a few tweaks to the measurements, it was very good - it tasted pretty good and dried very shiny. I used 1 cup confectioners sugar, 2/3 TBSP light corn syrup, 2 1/2 TBSP unsweetened vanilla almond breeze almond milk, and 1/8 tsp vanilla extract.
