My husband was very skeptical about this. He normally makes the stuffing but I wanted to try something different since some of my family members do not like soggy stuffing or from the turkey. It turned out wonderful! I did not need the entire amount of broth. I used a packaged stuffing mix and cooked it for about 2 hours. Every half hour I would add about a 1/2 cup of stuffing mix plus a tablespoon of liguid so it would not be soggy or too firm. My stepfather who hates stuffing actually went back for a second helping.
