Extreme Banana Nut Bread 'EBNB'

I've made this several times without changing the recipe and it has turned out great!! The only thing I did do differently was as soon as it got firm while it was baking (about 40 minutes in) I covered it with foil so the top didn't burn! And it is true, you may want to print out the recipe and just have it on hand, bc I have given it out as many times as I've made it!

Triple Dipped Fried Chicken

I wanted a chicken fried chicken recipe, so I turned this into one! I just flattened chicken breasts and followed all the steps, then fried it in about 1/2" of oil. Batter is SUPER delicious!! Thank you!
