Chef John's Stuffed Peppers

This is definately a "make again" at our house. I used sweet italian sausage as I am not a "hot food person" still an awesome recipe. I might try using1/2 hot sausage next time. The balsamic vinegar adds a little unusual taste to the sauce that we really liked.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

This is now my "go to" crock pot roast recipe. After reading reviews I made a few additions/revisions. I added 1/2 of onion soup mix and 1/2 envelope brown gravy mix. Also added 1 teaspoon or so Worcestershire sauce. I made this for the first time for for a friend recovering from chemo and radiation. They loved it and next time made it for my family. My husband said. " you can make this anytime" . The few leftovers made great hot roast beef sandwiches.

Braised Balsamic Chicken

Made this for the family and everyone liked it. I LOVED IT! I used chopped garlic as some others suggested and I also mixed the spices in with the vinegar and tomatoes as suggested. Next time I will probably add more tomatoes and vinegar to make a little more "sauce". Overall..I will make again.

Baked Potato Casserole

My family LOVED these potatoes. I cut the the recipe in half, this made enough to fill a 9 X 12 pan. Other than that I followed the recipe exactly. I even warmed up the very small amount of leftovers and had them for breakfast. I will make this again and again.

Anniversary Chicken I

REALLY liked this one. The only changes I made was browning the chicken in bacon grease and I used boneless skinless breasts and thighs.I dd use a little less teriyaki than ranch (about 1/3 cup) as some others suggested. I did not think it was salty. Will make it again SOON!!

Anna's Amazing Easy Pleasy Meatballs over Buttered Noodles

VERY easy and tasty. They were a little rich.(Or perhaps I ate too much) Next time I may try low fat soup and omit butter on noodles. Great leftovers too!!
