Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins

Reviewed: Jul. 26, 2011
yum, yum, yum, yum, YUM! these muffins were absolutely TO DIE FOR!! They were very moist and just soooooo delicious. My family loved them so much; they finished all the muffins that i made in one day, and then insisted that i make more! i made these again to take to a potluck, and everyone was asking me for the recipe! i skipped the topping and instead of the filling, i iced them with the cream cheese frosting II recipe on this website. i also added a little bit more cinnamon, but that's about all i changed. this is a GREAT recipe, thanks for sharing!!

Soft Christmas Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 27, 2013
Absolutely perfect! I followed the suggestions and used butter instead of margarine and used 3 cups of flour. I also baked it at 350 degrees in stead of 400 for about 10 minutes. There were no problems rolling them out or using the cookie cutters. These cookies were soft and chewy and melt in your mouth! They were gone in one day. I made them with the Sugar Cookie Icing recipe on this site, and they were great! Also tastes great with some colored sugar sprinkled on the top before you bake. I will definitely use this recipe again...and again and again!

Magic Cookie Bars from EAGLE BRAND®

Reviewed: Sep. 1, 2011
love it! i crushed my own crumbs and added some brown sugar to the crust; i also cut down on the butter and used a little less of chocolate chips, nuts, and coconut than the recipe said. i also added some butterscotch chips and it tasted wonderful! i will definitely make these again!

Granny Kat's Pumpkin Roll

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2012
DELISH! Use a slightly bigger pan though, so that it rolls better. Other than that there were no problems with it breaking or anything. It was very moist and tasted awesome, it was gone in one day.

Sugar Cookie Icing

Reviewed: Feb. 27, 2013
This is so easy to work with. I did add more corn syrup; you need to play around with it until you get the right consistency. This icing flattens out to get a nice smooth surface and hardened quickly to do another layer with a different color, or you can add in another color while it is still wet and it will sink in. Make sure you actually let it dry over night before stacking or putting in bags though, because even if it feels dry it will smudge. It hardened great because it doesn't smudge, but it still tastes creamy and smooth when you bite into it. Don't be alarmed if when you taste the icing before you frost your cookies, it doesn't taste very good...Once it is completely hardened and iced onto the sugar cookies, it tastes wonderful--not to sweet, and it's a great addition to sugar cookies. I used them on the Soft Christmas Cookies Recipe on this site. They were gone in one day!

Key Lime Pie VII

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2011
this was my first time making key lime pie and it turned out great! i would use fresh lime juice (it's worth the struggle!). it set perfectly overnight, but it was a tiny but too limey for me, but it was still terrific.
