I use different topping, and sometimes forgo the seasoning since the pizza sauce has seasonings, but it is always a hit at family gatherings!

Banana Loaf

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2006
I used 1/2 white and 1/2 brown sugar, and subsituted whole wheat flour for all purpose flour and it tuned out great. Still moist and tasty-oh I added chocolate chips instead of walnuts. I have also made muffins with this recipe, 12 muffins bake for 25-27 minutes (with whole wheat flour). Everyone loves them!

Passover Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Apr. 25, 2011
These turned out great! At first the batter was very thin and made really spread out thin cookies..still yummy. Then, after it sat for a bit, it thickened up a lot and was more like regular cookie dough. I baked them for 14 minutes and skipped the walnuts.

Morning Glory Muffins I

Reviewed: Jul. 2, 2012
These are great! My six year old who refuses to eat any carrots ate these happily without being any wiser. I did pulse the grated carrots in the food processor first to decrease the chance they would be recognized! I do replace 1 TBSP oil with 3 TBSP milled flax seed (then use 3 TBSP canola oil instead of the 1/4 cup). I have used both pumpkin and applesauce and the substitute for apple butter since we never have it and either work great. I have also used honey for at least 1/2 of the sugar and that works great too. These seem to be very forgiving.

Sweet Potato Passover Souffle

Reviewed: Apr. 21, 2011
Everyone liked this! I didn't do the topping exactly as written only because I didn't want to add another 1/2 cup of margarine to the dish. But I got many compliments.
