Sesame Noodles
I made this yesterday. I cut the recipe in half because I am single. Had a craving for noodles with a Asian sauce. I LOVED it. It was over a hundred degrees here in the desert, so I decided to serve it (cold). Yummy!!! I added a bag of Asian stir-fry veggies to it and only substituted canola oil for the safflower oil, as it was all I had, and added (1) more tsp. chile sauce because I like my food a bit more on the spicy side. It was absolutely delicious...This one stays in my favorite recipes and is great as a meal on a very hot day. Wish I had leftovers for today but it was soooo good that I ended up eating all of it! Thank-you for the recipe...Cindy

Molly's Chicken
I thought this was absolutely delicious. Making it with chicken thighs would be good also. I didn't think it was too salty or sweet. Just right. The chicken fell right off the bone, and very little trouble to get off what didn't. With brown rice and the sauce over it......awesome! About an hour before it was done, I put about 1/2 of the broth in a glass measuring cup and after it cooled down a bit and added 2 Tablespoons of corn starch to it and poured it back into crock and stirred so sauce would thicken. YUM, YUM !!! This recipe is great for people on a budget that want a awesome, satisfying, flavorful home cooked meal. It's a KEEPER. Thanks so much for the recipe cookieluvr1. Cindy

Clone of a Pretzel Dip
Love it!!! Thanks for the wonderful dip. I am going to pass this out in canning jars with a bag of pretzels to my friends & family on holidays. It is oh soooo yummy. Perfect just as it is.
