Amazing Recipe! I used kitchen twine instead of toothpicks (holds together much better), dipped the stuffed chicken into garlic powder & paprika seasoned flour, then egg, then Panko (be careful browning- Panko browns much quicker than regular bread crumbs!), browned all sides until golden and simmered on the stovetop like the recipe says. For a beautiful presentation- Slice into medallions and serve with the sauce poured down the middle. The recipe as it is makes enough sauce for 2-3 chicken breasts, and half a breast is really enough for 1 person when served with a veggie and a baked potato! Do add fresh basil to the sauce, as suggested by another reviewer. Enjoy!!
