Alfredo Sauce

Reviewed: Apr. 15, 2012
YUM and so simple! I made as listed but used 1/2 parm & 1/2 Romano and it tasted perfect. I stepped it up a notch and mixed in some fresh pesto and ricotta covered some rigatoni noodles and baked for 10 minutes. Made a delish side for the baked salmon.

Balsamic Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 14, 2009
Wow, I am AMAZED at how yummy this is. I usually don't try a recipe unless it has many ratings, so I was very nervous about wasting food. It was so perfect. I didn't use as a marinade because I didn't have time so I quadrupled the sauce mix (I added very finely minced onions and peppers)and then boiled it to reduce it and use. I pan fried chicken breasts (bone in) with salt and pepper and then when they were done, poured in the reduced sauce. I let it boil and bubble for about 10 mins. OMG my whole family loves it. Fantastic.....

Kalua Pig in a Slow Cooker

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2010
5 stars and it really is that easy! I've made pork butt before and never has it tasted so good with so little work. I didn't use the liquid smoke or the fancy salt (I used regular sea salt), but added some extra seasoning to the salt rub (to suit my taste). I put it on high in the crock pot and did nothing to it for 6 hours. Compliments all over the place. This is a keeper.

Hot Pepper Jelly

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2012
PERFECTION! Simple to make and so tasty. I cut the recipe in half, used 1 and a half cup bell peppers and the rest was a mix of habanero and jalapeno peppers. This was the perfect combo of sweet with a follow up of spice. Better than any I've ever purchased anywhere. Pretty enough without added coloring, though I may add some red for Christmas gifts.

Chocolate Cobbler

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2009
I made this just as stated, no changes and OMG it was perfect! Gooey and sweet, perfect with whipped cream or ice cream. The only thing I am planning to do next time is use a better quality cocoa, although mine was fine, it could be divine!

Seriously yummy! I used 8 oz cream cheese, a tad of the oyster oil, Worcestershire & hot sauce. Sprinkled with a little pepper, cayenne, parsley and onion powder. Really loved this - 5 stars.

Banana Pudding IV

First time I have made banana pudding, ever. Recipe was perfect, I followed it exactly and not only was delicious, my father said it was just like his mother made and she has been passed for 25 years. It was wonderful, a favorite has been found.

Basic Crepes

Reviewed: Jul. 16, 2008
The best crepe recipe I have found yet. I add a teaspoon of vanilla. I also love how they cook so fast on a griddle. I put a dollop of cream cheese in the middle of mine, melt some jam and dabble over. PERFECT.

Fresh Pineapple Upside Down Cake

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2010
PERFECT Didn't have pineapple juice so I used liquid from my fresh pineapple and mixed with orange juice. I cut up the pineapple versus trying to make rings. If you follow everything else, your recipe will be perfect. I've never had a pineapple upside down cake taste so delicious, fresh and flavorful. I actually made in a 9x13 pan without doubling the recipe which was my mistake, however the ratio of cake and yummy topping was delish. 5 stars and I'll never make with a cake mix again.

Cherry Cheesecake Frozen Yogurt

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2012
AMAZING! I don't know why more people haven't tried this and rated it. I cut the recipe in half and followed it perfectly, except I used low fat plain yogurt instead of Greek. No need for an ice cream machine, it'll freeze perfect on it's own! Full of flavor.

Magic Peanut Butter Middles

Reviewed: Jun. 15, 2009
Very good recipe. Only thing I added was 2 tsps of sour cream. Let both filling and batter sit in the fridge for 10 mins and I rolled by hand, no flour needed. 7 mins, perfect timing. Hubby says I have to make for a summer cookie exchange at work this week. Do use a good cocoa powder.

WOW! Super Easy!!!! Baked at 350 for 10 minutes because I always undercook a little for soft cookies. These were flavorful and yummy! Puff up nice and can you beleive I didn't have any baking powder? Two thumbs up on this one, will make again and again and again. Best one on Allrecipes.com, You can't be disappointed.
