Easy Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

I used this recipe for the first time I have ever made ice cream. Wow. Delicious. I ended up adding 3 extra drops of the green food colouring - just for my preference - but it obviously doesn't change the fabulous taste. I will DEFINETLY be making this recipe again.

Apple Crisp II

This was delicious and very easy to make. I did what other had suggested, used only 1/2 cup of the white sugar and omitted the water. Then I added a handful (literally) of extra oats for a bit more texture. Came out perfect. I used the Northern Spy apple.

The Best Banana Bread

This was a super easy recipe to make and is delicious! I made a couple of changes. I added most of 100g package of chopped walnuts, added the vanilla and cinnamon (like others mentioned) and I added a healthy handful of chocolate chunks. DELICIOUS! I'll definetly be making it again.

Best Lemonade Ever

Just delicious! It's a bit sweet for my taste but that's nothing that can't be easily adjusted. The lemoni-ness (is that a word) is PERFECT! It's so easy to make and it didn't take even close to 4 hours to cool the sugar syrup.

Tzatziki Sauce I

Souvlaki

This marinade is phenomenal. I made it recently but was a bit skeptical about the amount of soy sauce in the recipe. But wow! I marinated the pork and chicken over night and it was just delicious. I used it for chicken breasts recently and i doubled the lemon (to 2 lemons) and it was absolutely AMAZING.

French Onion Soup I

This is really good soup and super easy to make. I changed it a bit like other reviewers. I added some worchestshire sauce. Instead of Swiss cheese I put the toast in the bowl, put a slice of Guryere (sp) on top - then the soup - then covered it with grated Asiago cheese. Really, really yummy.

Warm Crab Dip II

Easy to make and delicious! A huge hit! I added a couple of things that were delicious as well. I added grated cheddar cheese (1 cup) and folded into the mix as well as 2 tsp of hot sauce. That added a bit of zip to it without changing the overall taste. Turned out really well.

Crepes

Simple, easy and tasty. Nice recipe. The only thing I did was reduce the amount of butter put into the pan. First crepe turned out horribly deformed (still tasty though).

No Bake Rum Balls

This recipe was amazing! I ended up using pecans instead of walnuts (it's what I had) and it was delicious. Super easy to make and as a not if you let them chill over night instead of an hour they are phenomenal! I only got compliments on them! I cannot wait to try them with different liquers! I also added a wee bit more cocoa.... One other way to do it is 2 cups vanilla wafers and 1/2 cup of oreo crumbs. Again - easy and delicious

Restaurant-Style Potato Salad

Delicious! A couple of changes I made was that I added more celery, carrots and onions than the recipe asks for to give it more texture. I also used a spicy mustard. In the end AMAZING. Highly recommend this potato salad.

Luscious Spinach Artichoke Dip

Although this recipe is easy to make it just did not taste good. It's hard to put into words but the cream cheese didn't help and literally the second it cooled (which is going to happen as people dip) it changed it's flavour yet again. I will not be making this recipe again.

Mock Apple Pie II

This pie amazed me. I do recommend you allow some time for the pie to 'set' when you're done baking. When I made it it was still fairly liquid even after the baking. Allowing it to set a few hours (in my case anyway) made it perfect.
