DELICIOUS! I printed this recipe off for a co-worker. She was nice enough to whip this up over the weekend & bring us leftovers. Yum, Yum, Yum. Best leftovers I’ve ever had! Thanks for sharing this recipe.

Cathy's Banana Bread

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2004
***** Yummy! I made this recipe twice in mini pans reducing the baking time. The 1st time I added a cup of pecans, the 2nd time I added pecans & one chopped apple then spinkled crumb top on before baking. The possibilities are endless with a base recipe this good, who knows, next time maybe pineapple & coconut or white choc chips.... Highly recommend - 5 stars!!!

Slow-Cooker Pepper Steak

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2005
* * * * * EXCELLENT * * * * * I made this recipe yesterday & served with rice. My only changes were: I used colored peppers & waited until it was cooked to add the corn starch. My only complaint is that I didn’t double the recipe….. I’d kill for some leftovers for lunch!!! I plan to try it with venison & chicken and maybe even give it a little kick with hot sauce. Thanks for the recipe, Lisa

Sour Cream Apple Pie Deluxe

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2006
***** Yummy!!! I'm not a big pie fan, but I loved it! I made it using a graham cracker crust. For the topping I used brown sugar in place of the sugar & added walnuts. Maybe I'll try it with peaches or pears next time. Thanks for a recipe that's worth making again & again.

Outrageous Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2006
I loved these but the rest of the family said they were a bit too salty. Everyone agreed that the texture was perfect: chewy & crispy. I will make them again but will try using 1/4 cup Crisco and 1/4 cup peanut butter to cut down on the saltiness. As others said, directions are lacking a bit: be sure to cream together the sugars, butter & pb before adding the egg & vanilla; then add dry ingredients; then stir in chip & nuts.

***** Yummy!!!! Needed to bake longer than 40 mins, but I used a deep dish. I sauted the onions to sweeten them up & used ritz crackers on top. Next time, I'm adding diced ham & green peppers.

Everyone loved them... I did (as I always do) add extra cheese - I stirred it in to the soup/sour cream mix. Will definitely make again. Thanks for the recipe.

***** Yummy!!! ***** Juicy & tender. It rained so I put them in under the broiler. I didn't have enough BBQ sauce so I doctored it up a bit... wish I wrote down exactly whet I put in.
