Amy's Garlic Egg Chicken

Very good.....I would recommend cutting the salt and if you are watching what you eat to replace thebutter in the pan with Pam. I used butter and it was a bit greasy. Maybe just decreasing it would do the trick as well. Overall, GREAT dish, I am always looking for new ways to cook chicken breasts and this was simple and very flavorful!

Black Bean and Corn Quesadillas

Excellent!!! I didn't have salsa so I used almost a can of rotel (tomatoes and chilies). I added some chicken to the husbands, nut had mine as is. It was really good. I liked the sweetness, but could have used a little more heat (probably b/c I left out the peper flakes as well). GREAT recipe!

Garlic Creamed Chicken

This was great! i took the advice of others reviews, sauted the chicken cut up with garlic before adding the rest of the ingredients to the pan and cooking it on the stove. I also used the enveloe of Italian dressing mix to the cooking chicken as one reviewer suggested. I never had it any other was so I can't say if it improved anything but it was good. Very easy, yummy recipe made from ingredients we usually have on hand. LOVE IT!

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken

I liked the premise of this recipe, but it was too salty and too hot. I don't mind hot, but this was too much. I think with some alterations to the amounts of the items it would be good, but I am not sure the hubby will let me try it again! :)
