Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough + Cupcake = The BEST Cupcake. Ever.

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2009
I made these for my daughter's birthday party and they disappeared fast! I agree with others, you MUST freeze the cookie dough and they will turn out perfect. I used a boxed cake mix too!

Cashew Chicken Casserole

This was great, wouldn't change a thing! We didn't think it had too much liquid either, very tasty!

Chinese Fried Noodles

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2006
This is awesome, Karen! So easy to make and I can add anything I want even though I love it just the way it is. I agree with another reviewer...I could eat the whole thing myself!

Spring Biscotti

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2005
I have never made biscotti before and this was a great recipe! The instructions were easy to follow and it turned out to be the tastiest biscotti I've ever had, thanks so much.

Easy Mexican Hot Chocolate

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2005
This is a great recipe! I used only milk, no water so really creamy. I made one cup as my family turned up their noses at the ingredients. Guess what, after a taste I was making three more cups so I could finish my own, thanks!

Big Cheeseburger Pizza

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2005
This was pretty good! I wasn't sure about the pickles but I think it really added something to the pizza. I added bacon too and next time will make my own crust instead. Thanks!

Hot Bean Dip

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2005
This was terrific, received lots of compliments. I went with one other reviewer and used the whole packet of taco seasoning and used the crock pot...perfect!

Easy Enchilada Casserole

Very yummy and easy to make! I believe the recipe wants you to use cooked, cubed chicken breasts. A new winner in our house!

Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2004
This is much, much better than I've had in any restaurant or from a store. Those are just blah and this has great flavor. I like to broil it at the end for a nice crust on top!

Spicy Corn Dip

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2004
This is very tasty, something different than the same old dip. I was going to make it without the jalapeno peppers because I thought it might be too spicy however, without the peppers it was very plain so I added the peppers and cleaned out some of the seeds to lower the temp a little. Also, it makes a LOT so make sure you have plenty of guests! It was great!

Peppered Bacon and Tomato Linguine

Reviewed: Sep. 16, 2004
This was a great meal - such flavor! I used the entire pack of bacon and two cans of diced tomatoes that already had the garlic and basil in it so I didn't use the basil but still added the garlic. Wow, it was great! I would serve this for company anytime.

Shredded Potato Quiche

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2004
This is a wonderful quiche recipe! The potatoes browned nicely on the outside as they should, they're not going to brown on the inside with the filling...I think if you bake the crust too long before adding the filling, it would be overdone and too crunchy. I mixed the seasonings, hash browns, and butter together in a bowl before pressing into the pan. I thought it was terrific and much better than the traditional pie crust. Good job!

Indiana-Style Fried Cabbage

Reviewed: May 30, 2004
I was looking for something different to share at a potluck and did I find gold in this recipe! It's terrific! I didn't think it was greasy at all even though I was expecting it to be with the ingredients but I didn't use all of the fat the bacon left behind either. Thanks for sharing, YUMMY!

Bacon-Glazed Grilled Onions

Reviewed: May 30, 2004
WOW...were these awesome!! We could have made a meal of these alone. The flavor was great and we had no trouble grilling them (our grill has a "tent" over the burner to prevent flare-ups). Everyone huddled around the grill waiting for the next batch to finish...thanks for the great recipe. This is a new favorite!

Garlic Parmesan Chicken

Reviewed: May 29, 2004
Very tasty! My family loved it and we'll make it again. Reading from others I used only one cup of bread crumbs and added 2 tsp. garlic powder and it was perfect. Adjust the baking time for the type of chicken-cut you're using and it will turn out great, thanks!

Mexican Turkey Burgers

Reviewed: Apr. 22, 2004
These are some very tasty burgers! A nice change from the same-old, same-old. The mix is a little on the sticky side so make sure you grease your hands before forming the patties. My family really enjoyed these!

Orange Crunch Cake

Reviewed: Apr. 20, 2004
This has to be one of the best cake recipes I've ever made! Don't change a thing! I couldn't even see the orange and lemon zest in the frosting and leaving it out would be disappointing. The "crunch" part stays crunchy for at least two days...this cake has never lasted any longer than that in our house, thanks!

Granny Smackers

This was quick to make, I had most of the ingredients on hand, and it tasted great! The only thing I didn't care for was the beer smell was kind of strong when drinking it, maybe I need to use a better beer :-)

Real N'awlins Muffuletta

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2004
This was fantastic! It was the most popular thing at our Super Bowl party. Even people who aren't crazy about olives loved it. As with another reviewer, I think using a food processor to chop all this would really cut down on time/work involved. Worth the effort, though!
