Chicken Chili II

Tastes great! Very quick! I added a little sugar and some corn to add sweetness. I like thicker chili so I used less broth.

Grilled Salmon II

We enjoyed salmon steaks grilled with this marinade. I adjusted the seasonings slightly ie: use 1 tbsp fresh ginger grated, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 tbsp of brown sugar. The result was tastey!!

Peanut Noodles

I added more vegetables to the dish to add more colour and flavour. Easy side dish for asian style entree's.

Honey Baked Chicken II

Nice contrast of sweet and spicy. I used chicken with skins removed, and half of the butter to reduce the fat.

Plum Pie

If plums are the only fruit used in the pie it is a bit tart. Mixing a sweeter fruit with the plums will balance the flavours. Enjoyed the lemon zest in the crust.
