Too Much Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Aug. 4, 2011
This cake is... AMAZING! I had to use one less egg because I ran out, but it still was awesome! I made these into cupcakes, and they took 17 minutes to make! Then I cut a piece out of the top and filled it with a recipe I found, using 1/4 cup softened butter, 1/4 cup shortening, 3 tablespoons milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 2 cups confectioners sugar, and a pinch of salt! Beat all the ingredients together until fluffy! Then I made a frosting using 1/4 cup melted margarine, 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/3 cup milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and 3 1/2 cups confectioners sugar. Fist blend the cocoa and margarine, then mix in the other ingredients! SOOOO good! Everything really complimented the cupcake! Thanks for this recipe!

Sugar Cookie Glaze

I have made a similar recipe like this, just without the corn syrup... it tastes the same, so don't add the extra calories of the corn syrup, just leave it out, and the taste and consistency is just the same!

Peanut Butter and Jelly Sushi Rolls

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2011
These were yummy, but they just didn't end up looking like I thought they would. I have made these a couple of times, trying all the suggestions that I read in the reviews, but they just don't look right, they kind of look messy. I still make these though because my little brother asks for them weekly! :)

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2011
Wow, these were amazing! I followed everyones advice, by freezing the peanut butter cups before putting them in! They melted perfectly into the cookie, and everyone couldn't stop eating them! They just melted right in your mouth, and they were so soft and chewy! Thank you!

Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles

These were awesome! I didn't have to change the recipe because it was fine as is! They looked amazing when they came out of the oven, and the cinnamon sugar added a nice crunch to the cookie!

Frozen Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Balls

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2011
These are SO simple!! I am making them for a BBQ in two days, and I am freezing them tonight, and will cover them with chocolate tomorrow! When I cover them, I just make a simple chocolate coating by using chocolate chips, nothing fancy, but it is still delicious! Thanks for this awesome recipe!

Russian Tea Cakes I

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2011
These cookies were okay, but I had to really mix the batter to get it to the correct consistency. Also, I added 2 more tablespoons of butter, because the batter looked and felt like flour. But, I am 13 and these were very simple and easy to make! I will make these again!

Soft Sugar Cookies IV

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2011
THESE COOKIES WERE PERFECT! I followed the recipe exactly, and they were amazing. They didn't flatten out, and they were very moist and thick and chewy! I think the perfect time to keep them in the oven is exactly 10 minutes. They were delicious! I made 30 cookies, and they were gone in 2 days! Although that may have been because I had 4 hungry boys in the house! (:

Texas Sheet Cake V

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2011
This was an awesome cake! The only thing is that it took more like 30 or 40 minutes to cook, but that was probably because I used a different sized pan. Everyone loved this recipe, and I loved how it was more dense than a normal cake, and the frosting was the perfect topping. Although, I read other comments about how the cake was thinner, and mine was very thick! Again, that was probably because I used a different pan. :)
