I can't keep this on my table! I do make it a bit healthier though: Water, Potatoes, Carrots (instead of celery, red onion, crushed red peppers, cajon seasoned deli chicken, chicken broth base (half the amount than bullion, black pepper, no salt, wheat flour, margarine and then add some more red peppers/peppers in the end if needed for taste. I would highly recommend the change for all the nutritional benefits than what is listed. It tastes even better! :)
