I've used this recipe a couple of times now and I wouldn't change a thing. Well correction, I do add a bit more milk just until the batter is the consistency that I like. Honestly, these are the fluffiest best tasting pancakes I have ever made and they have the perfect fluffy, cake-like texture - and they cook wonderfully! I will not be trying another pancake recipe, this one is a keeper - and if it's not broken don't fix it I say! To all of the people saying that these pancakes tasted bitter - I seen a few said that they had used baking soda, not baking powder - these 2 are not the same thing people, adding 3 1/2 tsp of baking soda to pancake batter would be your problem, there is a reason why the recipe says baking powder!
