Rice with Summer Squash

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2011
It turned out pretty good. It was more like a stew. It needed a but more rice. But overall I was very pleased with it!

Coffee Liqueur Brownies

They turned out very flat and hard and I did not care for the flavor.

WWII Oatmeal Molasses Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2011
Tasted really bad. Dough tasted really good, but when I cooked them they tasted as if there was to much baking soda in them (and I made sure I put the right amount in).

Greatest Sweet Potato Casserole

I think this is an incredible side dish or dessert. People in my family who don't like sweet potatoes love this!

White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies IV

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2011
These are on of my favorite kind of cookies! Love them! Next time I would either make a little more dough or add less chips and walnut. They were a little overbearing.

Cranberry Orange Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2011
They are not my favorite cookie, but they were pretty good. There was really nothing to complain about besides that I've tasted better. I might add some extra spices to it if I ever make it again to enhance the flavor.

Garlic and Herb Lamb

Reviewed: Jul. 21, 2011
Everyone raved when I made this! It's an awesome recipe. I cooked the lamb in the roasting pan with potatoes and carrots. I drizzled oil and sprinkled salt and pepper on top of the vegetables. I also had only a 4 lbs. lamb, but I still had to cook it for 2 1/2 hours.

No-Bake Peanut Butter Cookies III

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2011
I love the soft consistency even after hardening! The cooling process took a little longer than expected. I took the mixture out of the hot pan into another bowl to speed up the process. They also tasted more like fudge than a cookie and they were too sweet. I am adding less sugar next time.
