I have been getting recipes from this site for forever and this recipe is SO GOOD that I saved my FIRST comment ever for it! DELICIOUS is all I can say. I followed the directions to the letter and we loved it. It is only my husband and I and we ate lasagna for 3 days - but I would have ate it the entire week if there was more. The sauce is INCREDIBLE and next weekend I am going to triple the sauce recipe and freeze it, so when we want lasagna or spaghetti or any other type of pasta, we will have some sauce ready for it. Thank You!

Beefy Vegetable Soup

This was my first attempt at making soup and I really hit it on the head with this recipe. First - the house smelled wonderful! I read most of the other comments and followed the advice and did a few things differently. I added 2 bay leaves and I used fresh corn instead of frozen. I also cooked the pasta separately a stock/water combination. The only thing that took longer for me was the simmering time. I felt the vegetables were not soft enough at 30 minutes and simmered them for 1.5 hours. Yum - and thanks for a great recipe.
