I made this meatloaf tonight for dinner, the first meatloaf I've ever made, and my husband loved it! I'm a vegetarian so I can't comment on the taste, but the preparation was very easy. I used bread crumbs instead of crackers and also added some worcestershire to the glaze mixture which I put in the bottom of the pan and on top of the loaf. I also reduced the milk to 1/2 cup like some others suggested. The texture of the loaf was perfect, not too loose and not too firm. I used 90% lean beef and it wasn't greasy at all like some reviewers experienced. I will use this recipe again and again. Thanks Starbuck!
