Ambrosia Fruit Salad
I can't really rate this recipe as it was written as I made changes as suggested by others. I omit cinnamon and nutmeg and reduced coconut by half (entire amount would have definitely been too much for me). Also used half amount of CoolWhip and added 8oz sour cream. Final result was very good.

Cranberry Walnut Bread
Great bread with wonderful texture. The only problem I had with it was that it rose so high the lid of my breadmachine kept opening. Top didn't get baked completely so tried to bake slightly longer and the edges got too dark and the top still wasn't cooked. Just cut the top off and the rest was fine. Next time will reduce recipe slightly. Tastes great toasted with butter, cinnamon and sugar!

Banana Sour Cream Bread
Very moist and easy to make. I also had to bake longer than an hour, probably close to an 1 1/2 hours. I do agree with Pink's review that the bread does taste better after letting it set for a few hours. I made mine yesterday and it tastes even better today. The texture is cake like, not as dense as some banana bread. The next time I make this recipe I'm going to make into cupcakes and top with cream cheese frosting.
