I am a singer/songwriter, music instructor, and junior graphic designer. One of my children recently decided to become vegetarian, so I have begun looking up recipes that will be healthy and flavorful for her and the rest of the family to eat.

Bread, I love making bread from scratch with no bread-maker. Foccacia is one of my favorite breads to make because of its versatility.
