It was my first time making cream puffs. I followed the recipe like many had described but unfortunatly they didnt turn out. The cream I will whip next time. I just did it by hand and it was great tasting but more like pudding. The pastry burnt on the outside and didnt cook on the inside so I turned the oven down to 400. It seemed to help for the second batch but as soon as I opened the oven to poke holes in them they immediately deflated.The joys of cooking something new! My husband loves the taste and is eating them all. So the recipe tastes great, just need to find out why they arnt rising and why they arnt cookign all the way through but burning all at the same time. Practice I guess
