Mediterranean Salmon
Following the advise of other reviewers, I baked the salmon for 15 minutes at 350F instead of broiling and turning it. It was perfect!

Tamra's Lemon Artichoke Pesto
TOO MUCH GARLIC! I was making this event for a pot luck. I doubled the recipe, but when doing this I decided 16 cloves of garlic was too much. I cut it down to 10 (equivalent of 5 in the original recipe). This was still WAY TOO MUCH garlic. I had to heat the sauce a little, add more of all of the other ingredients to make this edible: I didn't want to be the one responsible for ruining everyone's breath at the pot luck. Other notes: You can use canned artichoke hearts, they're just as good, cheaper, easier to find, and less work. After remedying this recipe by cutting back on the garlic, this is awesome. When I make this recipe again, I'd use 3-4 cloves of garlic max. This recipe has excellent flavor, and it's an excellent budget pesto.

Simply Lasagna
I've made this recipe twice now. The first time I followed the recipe exactly, and as many people have commented, the result was dry. The second time I made the following changes and it came out perfect: -- Partially Pre-cook the lasagna noodles. (dip in boiling water for 1 minute) -- Double the sauce, and only add a half of a jar of water. -- Have some extra cheese for topping the lasagna before putting it in the oven. Make sure the entire top is covered with cheese or else the noodles will be very dry. -- Add dried oregano to the Ricotta cheese mixture.
