Loved it, but we made a few changes. First I used a dry rub on a pork roast and place it over a bed of slivered onions and poured in half a 2L bottle of root beer to a large oval shaped slow cooker. Cooked on high for about 5 1/2 hours. When done I took the roast and onions out and shredded it into a bowl, added BBQ sauce and some of the left over juices and half a can of kernel corn. Served this concoction on cheese buns and put coleslaw on top. It was so good everybody cleaned their plates!
