Sandy's Casserole
This was a great easy and quick meal to make. I was starving last night and didn't feel like putting in much effort and this just made me look good. My boyfriend absolutely ate it all up. The only thing I did was add peas and it was great. I also stirred it half way so the pasta would fully cook. By doing this it came out perfect. The noodles were al dente... if you like your noodles more cooked leave them in for a few more minutes. If you're not into cheese don't make this recipe. I had to use half cheddar and half Parmesan since that's all I had and it turned out great. The balance was very nice. I do think additional seasoning is required. Thanks for great idea of a quick easy meal.

Old-Fashioned Roasted Pecans
These were awesome. I made the suggested changes below and added more seasoning and cut the recipe in half as I didn't have enough pecans. But I served these at x-mas and they were gone before I brought out the first appetizer. People were actually asking me for the recipe. It was awesome... thanks for making me look good in front of the family. I scored major cooking points that night :)

Shepherd's Pie VI
This recipe was awesome!!! But I did make some changes as others suggested. I added garlic to my mashed potato mix as well as to the ground beef. I also added corn, peas, chopped celery, carrot and a red pepper to the ground beef mix. I also tried the Worchestershire sauce... wouldn't make it without it. It just gave the ground beef some flavour. I used the beef broth. But found it needed more seasoning so I added some italian spices and hot red pepper flakes. This added some heat. And whatever you do... be sure to put the cheese on top, it just makes it awesome. I served this to my bf and he loved it... said it was better then his mom's which is a huge compliment.
