Very delicious! I used this as a guide because I only wanted to make half of this recipe. I will certainly make again. I added garlic, black pepper and red pepper as my season.

Satiny Chocolate Glaze

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2013
It comes out really grainy and much to thick to be a glaze. It wouldn't even drip off the spoon much less drizzle over the cake. I ended up having to add water to it just to spead it on the cake.

Slow Cooker Ham

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2012
Everyone I served it to thought it was delicious, I did add about 1/2 cup of pineapple juice because I had it on hand. My ham was 5 lbs and it was cooked in 5 hours. If your ham needs to be cooked it will say so on the package and the cooking thermometer needs to reach 160 to be cooked. If it does not need to be cooked, it will only need to be heated through and may only take 3 hours, depending your particular slow cooker.

Rempel Family Meatloaf

Reviewed: Oct. 26, 2012
Delicous as written, I did add a couple of garlic cloves because we like garlic. My husband would like for me to add a little red pepper next time for a little heat. We loved it and it will become a meal we will make often. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

Easy Hoppin' John

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2012
My recipe is just about the same except I use the cajun trinity and I use pre-cooked rice. This is so much better then red beans and rice. Delicious any time of the year. Goes great with cronbread.

Dad's Asian Slaw

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2012
Delicious! I can't wait to try the different Ramen noodle flavors. I used the chicken flavor. I didn't have time to read all the reviews before I made it, so next time I will omit the seaon packet, toast the almonds, noodles and add rasins.

Mozechilli Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2012
Very good basic recipe, I followed the other reviewers advise and added onions, bell pepper, garlic & mushrooms. I used the colby/monteray jack blend cheese for more flavoring and to the sauce beef mixture I also added 1 teaspoon of mustard (you don't taste it and it helps minimize the jar taste)

Crawfish Fettuccine I

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2012
I am from South Louisiana and this is almost exactly how I make mine. There is very few differences, I add 2 tablesppons of Parsely flakes, & 1 tablespoon of Jalapeno's (we like the taste it adds) Yes I do sprinkle w/ Cayanne pepper. You can use Old Bay season instead of Cajun Season. I do not add Parmesan cheese and I do not bake it. If I don't have time to chop the cajun trinity (vegetables) I use a bag of Season Blends (found in freezer section next to frozen vegetables. I serve this with garlic bread and salad with italian dressing.

Too Much Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2012
DELICIOUS! I didn't have a bundt pan so I used a 13x9 pan..baked at 325 degrees for 40 minutes. This was one of the best cakes I've ever ate. I brought half of it to work, everyone loved it! I made it exactly as written with the exception of the pan and baking time, like another poster sugested I mixed all the wet ingredients first.
