Perfect Pumpkin Pie

I think the people who are giving this recipe 1 star must not be using SWEETENED condensed milk, because my pie came out very sweet. I don't like nutmeg, so I omitted that. I also used fresh pumpkin puree from a Halloween pumpkin, and I added about a tablespoon of blackstrap molasses to darken the color and add the flavor that I loved of my grandma's pumpkin pie which was sweetened with table molasses (her recipe used evaporated milk, but I didn't have any on hand, which is why I chose this recipe instead). It was easy came out well! I do recommend adding the blackstrap molasses!

Mom's Zucchini Bread

This is NOT health food by any means, but it is DELICIOUS food. I made a bunch of loaves for a bake sale, and my sister-in-law took some into her work as a gift, along with a pre-order form for our bake sale, and after tasting it her co-workers placed orders for all the bread I had already baked for the sale.

Oatmeal Cookie Mix II

This recipe did NOT fit into a quart jar as written; however, since so many people thought they were too sweet and spread too much, I only used 2/3 c. brown sugar, and then everything fit. I also used my food processor's pusher to pack the jar more tightly. Also, I added 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

Moroccan Couscous

This recipe is delicious and tastes a lot like I remember the couscous I ate in Morocco tasting. I substituted carrots for the peppers.

Homemade Irish Cream

Pretty good, but I wish there was something other than sweetened condensed milk that I could use because I think it makes it smell a little like baby formula, and for me that detracts slightly from the taste. Also, while it's a lot cheaper than the original, it's not much cheaper than knock-offs unless you keep most of the ingredients on hand all the time.
