This sauce was delicious! We added some raspberries and strawberries left over in the fridge. Instead of pomegranate juice we used apple cider and omitted the pecans. After the sauce was cooked and ready we took all the seeds left over and make some yummy tea. Two dishes in one! Great recipe!

Broccoli Cheese Cornbread

Very very yummy! I ran out of cottage cheese so substituted with ricotta cheese. It came out a bit sweeter but delicious. I also added shredded cheddar cheese. Perfect for thanksgiving!

Parmesan Asparagus

Butter-Dipped Biscuit Squares

Uncooked Banana Pudding

wow, this recipe was quick, easy and delicious. We ran out of Nilla cookies so I crumbled some pecan shortbreads on top and put the pudding in a graham cracker crust. It got a double thumbs up by my hubby. Even my one year old loved it!

Banana Praline Muffins

This came out wonderfully delicious. I put it all in a bread loaf pan and it baked well. I threw in trail mix of raisins, cranberries and nuts instead of just the pralines. It got a thumbs up from my picky eater husband!

Golden Yam Brownies

A very sweet brownie! It was good but took longer to bake for me. I baked it for 40 minutes. I would have omitted the topping if I didn't want it as sweet. Good for someone who has a sweet tooth.

Ricotta Cheese Pancakes

mmmmm... these are the best pancakes that I've cooked. I've been looking for a different breakfast entree to cook for a while... this was wonderful. Ran out of egg substitute so I used the two egg whites. The only thing that was a pain is that for me it made only two pancakes so I had to double the recipe for more pancakes.

Gourmet Cream of Broccoli Soup

This soup was fabulous! I didn't puree the veggies and I omitted the potatoes but added carrots instead, also I split the chicken broth with cream of chicken for a more creamier soup.... it turned out pretty good.
