I like to experiment a lot. Sometimes it comes out great, sometimes it leaves some to be desired. But you never know if you don't try. Baking is probably my favorite, but not my best. Kids in the kitchen helping out. Having family dinners, eating together. Those make great memories. A delightful seafood chowder... I tried to make eggless, wheat-free zwieback cookies....turned out to be a great recipe for dog biscuits though.
