Breaded Toasted Ravioli

Reviewed: Jun. 24, 2014
The flavor of the bread crumbs with the parmesan and spices was good, but rest of it was dreadful. I don't recommend this recipe. I made it exactly as it calls for and it was just too dry. They were beautiful to look at, golden brown and crispy, but the inside was so dry as it was on the outside. I saw the great reviews, I honestly just do not know what went wrong here. I will have to tweak the recipe or cook time.

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2014
Made this tonight with just two chicken breasts and since we didn't have the heavy whipping cream for the gravy, I ended up using turkey gravy. Also didn't have swiss cheese so I used shredded mozzarella. Anyways, it came out fantastic!! The husband loved it and our little one year old actually ate it all. I'll be making this again.

Texas Deer Chili

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2014
It's really good. It's missing something though, just don't know what. We added diced tomatoes and all the recipe calls for. I love the beans, can't eat chili without beans! otherwise it's just watery meat. My hubs shot a deer and brought it home after it was processed and we were looking for recipes, came across this one, and tried it. We've made it twice now, just a bigger batch. Great recipe. We'll be making it several more times. I wish it would let me upload a pic on here. Hubs served it with shredded cheese on top and a dollop of sour cream. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

Oven Baked Zucchini Fries

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2013
I made it to the specifications on the the recipe. Unfortunately for me the bread crumbs were not the best choice and the seasoned salt + the parmesan made it really salty. I will try using Panko next time or different bread crumbs with perhaps less/no salt. Can't wait to try it again.

Apple Enchiladas

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2013
I tried this recipe tonight and it was very delicious paired with vanilla ice cream. I used everything the recipe called for but had to cut the 30 minute sitting time to 15 and then put it in the oven for the 20 minutes. It sat out on the stove for another 30 minutes till after dinner. Very delicious, I even drizzled some caramel sauce over the ice cream and the enchiladas. I'll definitely make this again.

KRAFT RECIPE MAKERS Verde Chicken Enchiladas

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2013
This was terrific. I only had 10 tortillas and actually had 4.5 cups of shredded chicken and it worked out swell. Family really liked it. Made everything else just the way the recipe called for. I may use a different kind of cheese next time cause my family and I love cheese!!

Best Spanish Rice

Reviewed: Aug. 8, 2013
Really good rice. I was having a hard time with consistency. When I saw this recipe it was perfect. The second time around I used one fresh diced tomato, one table spoon of knorr, and one chicken bouillon cube. Came out pretty good. Our 11 month old baby loved it too. I recommend this to anyone that loves spanish rice.

Chicken a la Mayo

Reviewed: Jun. 28, 2013
I tried this recipe tonight for dinner for me and my husband. It was quick and easy and I had everything in the kitchen for the ingredients. I probably could have put more lemon juice in it but in all it was delicious. I will keep this recipe for a long time. My husband isn't big on chicken but he ate the whole thing!

7-Layer Taco Dip

Reviewed: Aug. 2, 2012
I made this for a work-team potluck and everyone loved it. That's all they want me to take everytime we have a potluck. I made it for my husbands birthday party and it went so, so fast. Love this receipe. We don't have bob evans sausage so I used HEB brand Taco sausage with a package of taco seasoning for added kick and it worked just fine. Yumm!

Spinach Chicken Enchiladas

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2012
I made this recipe tonight for my family. I used the exact measurements and prepared the recipe to the exact instructions. The mixture came out great with nice flavor but honestly there is something missing from the chicken, spinach, and onions. Something to flavor it and make it pop. I will try to add something the next time around.

Meatloaf with Fried Onions and Ranch Seasoning

Reviewed: May 21, 2012
This turned out okay. I followed the directions but beef is to heavy for me so I tried turkey the next time around. My husband liked it but I prefer the old fashion recipe that I made up. This one was good if you like the tangy. I actually used the whole ranch package for 1lb turkey the second time because the first time with beef and only a few ounces of ranch mix made it bland.

Old Fashioned Potato Salad

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2012
I love this recipe. I've made it seven times and my family loves it! Sometimes when I'm out of mayo, I use Dukes cause it's always in my fridge or diced pickles instead of relish when I'm out of relish. I love this recipe. Reminds me of when my grandma used to make this. I also find that boiling the potatoes whole is a lot faster and easier to cool, peel, and cut versus the peeling, cutting, and boiling that I used to do. My potato salad would always come out too mushy and would better of being smashed potatoes! Well thanks for the recipe.

I made this tonight. It needed more flavoring. I added some Franks Host Sauce and it helped. I served it with baked sweet potato fries. It was del-ish!
