Broccoli Cheese Soup
As others before me, I too, made some changes to this basic recipe. I substituted 2 cans of cream of chicken soup for water and milk and also flour for corn starch. Also added shredded carrots and chopped green bell pepper and used 1/2 a loaf of Velveeta and shredded mild cheddar. If you like a chunky soup leave it as is. If you prefer a creamier soup, just put 1/2 of the soup in a blender and then combine. This turned out better than expected. Yum!

Pecan Crescents
This is the best recipe out there. They are melt-in-your-mouth delicious! Followed the recipe except for one step: added 1/2 cup of sugar to sweeten them up. Baked for 15 minutes. Perfection!

No Bake Double Good Dessert
Just finished making this yummy dessert. It's an easy to make, few ingredients kind of recipe! The only thing I had an issue with was with the beating of the cream cheese and sugar. Since I don't own a Red KitchenAid tilt-back electric mixer yet,(hint hint to my husband) I had to use a spoon and boy did I get a work out! Think I should have nuked the cream cheese to soften it considerably, but over all the finished product looks mouth-watering! I also drizzled some chocolate syrup on top and crushed 2 oreos for decoration. This dessert is going to a family barbeque this evening! Enjoy!!
