Hearty Ham Omelet

Tasted great but definitely needs more then 4 eggs. Maybe my pan was too big (I just used a medium size one) but the omelet was very flat.

Shrimp Tetrazzini

Everyone in the family loved this. Next time I won't cook the shrimp as long on the stove, I thought they were slightly overcooked. I also agreed with the over reviewers that this needs some extra spices.

Baked Parmesan Perch

This was great and so easy, made with ingredients I keep on hand. I added a few shakes of Mrs. Dash Spicy for some added flavor per the pervious reviewer and I think it needed it. I will make this again. Even my 3 year old liked it.

Lea's Hamburgers

My kids and I thought these were great however my husband didn't care for them. He thought they were like meatloaf on a bun as said by other reviewers. I agree they did taste a little meatloafy but I like meatloaf, what can I say. I'll make these again when my husbands not around. Great topped with cheese sllces!

Japanese Chicken Wings

This was a big hit with my family. My husband and young children loved it. I also browned the chicken in oil and used less sugar. Great flavor. I will definately make this again!

This was good. Next time I would use a larger pan to make sure the cresent rolls are done. With the smaller pan the cresent rolls were a bit chewey.

Slow Cooker Barbecue Goose Sandwich

A great way to cook all that goose my husband brings home from hunting! The goose was very tender and fell apart on the plate. It really needs the BBQ sauce, the goose didn't have much flavor without it. I cooked 2 goose breasts and left the second to marinade in BBQ sauce overnight. Great flavor!

Bacon Wrapped Duck Breasts

Finally, a way to fix all the duck my husband brings home from hunting! I did think it was a little salty and will cut down on that next time. I loved the bacon taste and may double the bacon next time.

Hashbrown Casserole

Field Salad

Excellent!! I added dried cranberries for more of a holiday feel and brought this salad to Thanksgiving. Everyone loved it and I receive nothing but complements. The only downfall is that it is slightly expensive to make.
