Fish Fillets Italiano

Love this recipe! I have used cod, haddock and tilapia and all are wonderful. I use sliced kalamata olives in brine instead of black olives and it was delicious!

Peppered Shrimp Alfredo

We love this recipe but I do cut back on the cayenne pepper to suit our taste. I also use 2 jars of alfredo sauce instead of 1. Yummy! I think my husband would have this every night if I would fix it!!

Bean Soup

This is great just the way it is written! My preference is a country or Smithfield ham bone/meat, but realize that they are not available everywhere. To put some of the ingredients that others suggest, ketchup, brown sugar, liquid smoke, etc., you must be kidding or from western PA like my husband who puts ketchup on everything. Please rate a recipe as written or post your own version as a separate recipe. Being a southern girl, this is the way to prepare navy bean soup!

American Chop Suey II

My grandmother used to make this for us when we were kids. We loved it then and still do. The only thing different was she would fry up some bacon, crumble it, add to the pan as the last ingredient and let it simmer to incorporate the flavors. My husband loves it! I think if you use anything but Campbell's tomato soup you will not get the best results.

Baked Trout Fillets

OMG...you must try this recipe. Made it exactly as written except I did not have cherry tomatoes and did not put under the broiler; just served directly from the oven. We absolutely loved it! Fish was very moist and the sauce was wonderful. Used steelhead trout and will try with tilapia. Thank you, acsdeb!

Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich with Garlic Mayo

Excellent!!! I only made 3 minor changes; used garlic oil instead of olive oil and used shaved beef I found at Sweetbay, and added fresh mushrooms to the onion/pepper mixture. This recipe is a definite keeper!
