I too have used this recipe for over a year now. I started with thanksgiving of last year and now we make them for just about every holiday. I have to double the recipe because they go so fast and are sooooo good days after heated in the microwave for a few seconds with a little butter and jam...yum yum yum! Thanks for the great recipe!

Easy Decadent Truffles

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2006
Yumm Yumm Yummm these are better than what you buy in the mall etc.... I did ajdust the recipe as others suggested and added 1/2 cup of brown sugar to the sugar mixture and vanilla to the egg mixture. One thing to remember is if you have extra sugar that did not stick to your almonds...do not let extra sugar bake with the almonds because it causes them to have a burnt taste. Thanks for the great recipe!!!

I have used this recipe for a couple years now and have not tasted one better! My family love it, and everywhere i take it, Im asked for the recipe. I did increase the temp to 325 degrees and left it in for an hour, for larger loaf pan i left in for 1 hour and 15 minutes. This recipe is super moist and is one of those that gets better everyday! Thanks

Buckeye Balls II

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2006
These were good but should of followed others suggestion to cut back on sugar because they became very crumbly and difficult to roll into balls, i ended adding more peanut butter and a little vanilla to bind them a better. The next time i will definately cut back on the sugar by a cup. Thanks for the recipe it is a great starter!
